TRUCK WEIGHING SCALE
Electronic truck weighing scale is widely used in port, warehouse, factory, freight yard etc. As the technology of the high accuracy weighing load cell mature day by day. the mechanical truck scale is substituted by electronic truck scale which owns high precision, good stability and is easy to operate. The electronic truck scale adopts box structure with U-shape Beam technology, Robotic, dioxide protect welding. The platform is made of A3 Type Alloy Steel (Q235), which is rigid and will not be bent after long use. Before painting it is shot blasted and burnished to increase adhesive force. After this step, it is painted with anti corrosive primer and acrylic polyurethane coating for a longer use in adverse environments. These Scales are imported as completely built up condition (CBU) according to buyers required specification.

Indicator: XK3190-D10 is the most advanced Weighing Indicator with a built in micro printer and battery up of up to 25 hours. It adopts very high precision A/D conversion technology, equipped with a capacity of 1-8 load cells. It is Password protected and can save 1500 vehicle ID\Net weight, 201 cargo ID/cargo name, 100 customer ID\customer name, 100 notes and 1501 weighing records weighing data save protection in case of power off. The HM9B 3C 30T Load Cells are OIML approved and are with very high accuracy and a capacity of 30MT each. It is of alloy steel construction, oil-proof, fully water-proof (IP-68) and it is suitable for all kinds of tough environments. Its Limit Load is 300% of FS. A Truck Scale Management Password protected Software including a Computer system with Printer is provided for unlimited data entry and perfect data backup system for the Truck scales management professionally.
